Full Time, Marketing Associate

The John Michael Kohler Arts Center seeks a highly motivated, service-oriented professional with 2-4 years of marketing experience to help introduce our organization to a national audience.

We are looking for someone who can successfully:

• Manage 300+ graphics and marketing projects per year

• Assist marketing manager in setting goals and deadlines for projects

• Schedule meetings with internal clients, keep project lists up to date, and manage print production schedules

• Work with our mail house, print house, post office, and other vendors to get best pricing and ensure all production schedules are met and come in on budget

• Research advertising vehicles and reserve ad space

• Keep databases and mailing lists current and run queries

• Maintain inventory of branded literature

• Archive marketing print projects and samples

• Work effectively with volunteers

• Work quickly and accurately on a wide variety of marketing projects, including production level graphics.

You have:

• 2-4 years relevant marketing experience

• An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

• Knowledge of printing and pre-print processes

• Proven project management skills

• Customer-service focus

• High degree of proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and database functions

• Working knowledge of PhotoShop and InDesign or other graphics/layout programs

• A great can-do attitude
