Stephen Cramb
Arts/Industry: Pottery, 2009
Australian artist Stephen Cramb earned his MFA from Sydney College of the Arts at Sydney University. Prior to his 2009 Arts/Industry residency, Cramb had nineteen years of experience collaborating with industry to create his sculptural works. Cramb’s work has been exhibited internationally at the See St. Gallery and Peloton Gallery (Australia), the Koffer Gallery of the Willem de Kooning Academy (Netherlands), and Ècole Superieure d’Art at de Design (France). In 2007 he was awarded a Moya Dyring Studio by the Cité Internationale Des Arts in Paris.
During his residency at Kohler Co., Cramb created life size male figures in slip cast vitreous china.
