Rosemarie Fiore is a painter, sculptor, and performance artist based in Bronx, NY. She combines these practices to produce artwork out of the actions of popular technology and mechanisms. Through her work, she investigates the space between chaos and control. Her work has been exhibited by MOCA Jacksonville, Weatherspoon Museum, Queens Museum, Bronx Museum, Socrates Sculpture Park, Franklin Institute, and others.

Fiore is a fellow of The MacDowell Colony, Yaddo, The Golden Foundation, Akrai Sicily, Art OMI, and Sculpture Space. She has been granted fellowships through the Avery Foundation, Dieu Donne Paper Mill, and The Walentas-Sharpe Foundation. She has been reviewed by the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Art in America, and Artforum, among others. Her work is included in the collections of Texas A & M University; UBS; Fidelity; Weatherspoon Art Museum, Greensboro, NC; Cosmopolitan Hotel, Las Vegas; Neuberger Berman, New York City; and Aspen Collection, New York City.

She is a member of the MacDowell Colony board of directors, president of the MacDowell Fellow’s Executive Committee, and is represented by Von Lintel Gallery, Los Angeles.
