Philadelphia-based Paul Santoleri received his BFA from Tyler School of Art at Temple University, his MFA from the University of Arizona, Tucsan, and he attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture artist residency. His installations have been exhibited internationally at Briare (France), Delft (Netherlands), and at Red Gallery (UK). His work has been featured at the Delaware Center for Contemporary Art, the Cartier Foundation (France), “Under the Bridges” Festival (NY), and the Noyes Museum (NJ). Santoleri has received grants from foundations including the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Pollock-Krasner Foundation, Cultures France, and the U.S. Embassy in Paris. His work is included in the permanent collections of the Pennsylvania State Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Standard & Poor’s Corporate Collection (NY).

Santoleri is well known for his many public murals that can be found throughout Philadelphia and in countries around the world. His large-scale drawings, installations, and murals are sprawling, organic responses to surfaces and surroundings. In the Kohler Co. Pottery Santoleri created dimensional modular components to be included in his room-size drawings and installations.
