10:30 a.m. This Big Life—Modern Folk
Big Little Lions—one from Ohio, the other from British Columbia—have been creating infectious folk pop songs since their first collaboration won them a JUNO Award in 2014. Jam-packed with emotion and tight harmonies, their folk-pop songs are described by Guitar World as “so infectious that it sinks into your consciousness from the first listen." The Examiner said, "The duo's sound mixes the new-school folk of Mumford and Sons with a dance rhythm that keeps the music sounding light and upbeat.”
