Lilly Hiatt’s third LP, Trinity Lane, earned a top-ten spot on Rolling Stone’s 40 Best Country and Americana Albums of 2017. “She's a rocker, writing lived-in autobiographical details about unhealthy habits, nagging obsessions and love gone bad (or worse)…This is a record that portends even greater ones to come,” said Rolling Stone reviewer David Menconi.
Americana rock artist Suzanne Slair has been singing and songwriting since the age of six. Her 2017 album, Nowhere Road, offers deeply personal tracks that touch on themes ranging from sweet love in the breezy “Firefly” and the tenderly affectionate “The Wedding Song” to the lies and censorship of mainstream media in “Smoke and Mirrors.” The lead single, “Grace,” garnered a John Lennon Songwriting Award in the folk category.
