Chaperones: One (1) adult chaperone is required per every ten (10) participants. There is no charge for accompanying teachers, chaperones, care partners, or bus drivers.

Change in Group Numbers: Requests for additional participants must be made no later than 48 hours before your visit.

Cancellations: Bookings may be canceled no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled visit. In the event of severe weather, tours will be canceled or rescheduled with no penalty.

Bus Parking: There is parking for buses on the street outside the Arts Center and on 6th Street.

Please Organize Your Group: To ensure your tour and hands-on experience are the full length, we ask that you divide students into smaller groups in advance of your visit. Name tags are highly recommended. We will discuss how to split up your group when you book your tour.

Food: Lunch can be purchased for smaller groups by booking ahead with the CAFE. We can accommodate larger groups eating lunch for an additional fee and dependent on space availability.

Enter the Arts Center’s main entrance on New York Avenue. Education staff will greet your group on arrival.

Buses can park on the street opposite to the Arts Center and on 6th Street where there are no parking meters.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Note that if you are late, your tour may be shortened. If you are delayed, please call the Atrium Reception Desk at 920-458-6144.

We encourage educators to visit the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in advance to view the exhibition series the students will experience. Our docents are trained to lead groups in thoughtful conversations about art and can accommodate input regarding which works are viewed, discussed, and best aligned with classroom curriculum.
