Chapped Lips is a four-piece alternative rock band from Sheboygan, now based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The band is fronted by Sam Kaffine, with Slater Gutierrez on lead guitar, Zach Schroeder on bass, and Jonah Mueller on drums. Chapped Lips combines high energy, upbeat alternative rock music with categorically dark lyrics to create their varying, yet cohesive, sound. The band finds this mix of positivity and darkness cathartic and uses their live shows to release any and all pent-up energy, encouraging audiences to do the same.
