Community Arts
Be part of the art! Connecting Communities projects bring renowned artists to the Arts Center to collaborate with area residents in the creation of new works of art. Residencies operate on a cohort model, with a group of artists working with each other and the community on multiyear engagement-driven projects. Current Residencies
The current Connecting Communities project at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center comprises a cohort of artists working together. In this multiyear project, four artists-in-residence work to engage Sheboygan communities in collaborative art making, creative movement, and ongoing conversation.
