Bea Fremderman (b. 1988, Kishinov, Moldova) is a New York-based visual artist whose work combines segments of a capitalist reality as a reflection of daily life that has slipped away from society’s consciousness. Fremderman received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2012. Her current research centers around feelings of global dread.

Past exhibition highlights include Barren Island at Prairie in Chicago, Stranger Man at Atlanta Contemporary, How to Do Nothing with Nobody All Alone by Yourself at Shoot the Lobster in New York, and Office Space at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
