Mai Vang Huizel

Mai Vang is founder and executive director of the Hmong Museum in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has over a decade of experience in the museum field as a registrar, curator, and collections manager. Her full-time job is as a volunteer and intern program manager at the Minnesota Historical Society. She sees potential and possibilities in people and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to tell their own stories from their own voices.
